About the film
Alec, an awkward dreamer, works in the local avatar store where customers can design their idealised real-life persona; a symbol of the EyeLight based technological revolution that Alec emotively resists. His isolation is invaded by the arrival of Jade, an equally rebellious figure but one who plays the system far more strategically. Their unfolding relationship brings the two of them to the brink, connecting them to the values of the past that risks everything.
