Kayan Wellness Festival is a three-day wellness festival of talks, workshops, fitness sessions and healing practices organised around mind, body and soul. It is held on Fahid Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, around late January or early February. The 2025 edition drew more than 11,500 people.
