Cairo International Book Fair

The Cairo International Book Fair is an annual book fair held in Cairo, Egypt, now at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo. It is usually held in January, sometimes running into early February. The fair began in 1969 and draws about two million visitors a year, according to Egypt's State Information Service.
