AlUla Wellness Festival is a sports and wellbeing festival held across AlUla, Saudi Arabia, combining endurance races and desert fitness challenges with yoga, meditation and breathwork. It usually runs from October into November; the 2024 edition ran from 17 October to 2 November, and the 2025 edition was its fifth.
